please make the recording of the sound card be through the computer rather than having to have a microphone switched on

Currently, the sounds recording of the soundcard is through the microphone meaning that 1. you have to have a mic installed and switched on and 2. the sound quality is not good (as the sound is coming out of the computer and being recorded by the mic along with other background noises for example). It would be great if the sound recording of the soundcard was done internally as some other programs do please.
